Return & Refund Policy may be applicable in any of the following conditions:
- If you have received a physically damaged product (For inside Dhaka orders, you must notify us in front of the delivery man; For outside Dhaka orders, you must provide unboxing video from the Sundarban Courier poly or our packaging).
- If you have received a used product (For inside Dhaka orders, you must notify us in front of the delivery man; For outside Dhaka orders, you must provide unboxing video from the Sundarban Courier poly or our packaging).
- If you have received a counterfeit product (must be notified within 24 hours).
- If you have received a wrong product or the product is completely different from the picture of the website (must be notified within 24 hours).
- If you have misplaced an order (in that case, you are requested to provide the shipping costs).
Return & Refund policy is NOT applicable in any of the following conditions:
- Change of mind or misplacement of an order is not applicable if you have broken the intact seal.
- Damages due to the misuse of the product.
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- If you have broken the seal of a product which was intact.
